I have joined the student senate at my community college (way out in Tucumcari, NM) and one of the concerns is that the school uses way too much paper, hence the recycling. But I can’t find any place near by that would recycle paper, what should I do? PLEASE HELP

I had a couple files deleted from my computer and I can’t seem to find them in the recycling bin either so I’m thinking they were completely deleted. Is there anyway I can recover them and if so how?! Thanks in advance!

Our school name is called Champlin Park High School. Our colors are navy and silver, and our mascot is the Rebels. We need to come up with a slogan because we are creating a plastic recycling program. What would be good slogans?
