How much money could be saved by a car dealership, or any small business, by recycling a portion of their waste? I am doing a project for school on how small businesses, particularly car dealerships though because I work at one, could save money by recycling some of their waste.

I have heard from several people that the recycling center rejects (meaning throw out) any plastic bottles that still have the caps on them. I always thought this was absurd and looked online with little success. If anyone could provide some insight or final solution to this answer and hopefully a source of where they obtained this info that would be great.

We’re doing an ongoing project in our science class, and it lasts until about the end of the year. For part of the project we must find maps of state and local landfills and recycling centers. I’ve been searching for about a week, but no matter what I search for I can’t find anything. I’ve tried all the variations that would show up results in Google, but nothing useful does. So does anyone know where I might be able to find the maps, or what I should put in the search so that I would get results?

Our dehumidifier broke after running constantly for the last 3 years. I don’t want to throw it out, but I have no idea what to do with it. We live in the Philadelphia suburbs. Does anyone know where I can bring it for recycling and proper disposal?

I want to open a recycling plant soon and need information on who buy’s the recycled material from you. Do the local council also help, and with whom do i need to speak to to get the go ahead. The more information i get the better chance i have of opening the plant and relising my dream off running my own buisness.

I have just started NJHS after being accepted last year. I want to know if anyone else’s school does anything besides tutoring and recycling because I want to help my school both inside not just outside more. Any suggestions?
